Having spent many nights experiencing the hauntings of Morecambe Winter Gardens Theatre we are really looking forward to this one night only ghost hunt
The old theatre once held over 3000 people who came to see the stars who performed here such as, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Laurel and Hardy, Morecambe and Wise plus many more have all tread the boards of this legendary venue
Ghostly activity is widely reported, with the gentleman’s bar area, the main auditorium and the stage area being the most active, with many dark shadows seen walking the aisles, seats being put down as if someone has just been seated and the sound of hushed voices from the private boxes at the side of the stage, on the stage itself people have been made to feel really uncomfortable as the atmosphere on occasion has been described at terrifying, people have even had their own names whispered in a sinister tone
The theatre is reputed to be a venue of two halves a good side and an evil side maybe on your overnight ghost hunt you will experience this for yourself
