Castle Menzies in Scotland is the ancestral home of the Clan Menzies and the Menzies Baronets.
This imposing Scottish castle is located to the west of Aberfeldy in the Highlands of Perthshire, close to the former site of Weem Castle, destroyed in 1502
In the mid 1500 Castle Menzies was built and became home of the Menzies clan until 1910
Bloody battles, gruesome murders and execution by hanging are all said to have taken place at the castle where many of these souls are said to wander the endless corridors and dark passageways
After dark Castle Menzies becomes a foreboding place, a haunted location steeped in history, superstition and mystery of the highland clans
On an overnight ghost hunt we will attempt to witness the reported terrifying activity which includes, physical attacks, disembodied voices glowing orbs and the three witches who are said to haunt the cellars leaving you in no doubt that you are not welcome
