No persons under the age of 16 are permitted to attend any events. 16 to 18 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

We will aim to make as many of our locations and events as accessible as possible.
Due to restrictions and the timings of the events heavily pregnant women are not allowed on any of our events. If you have any questions regarding this please call us on 07387 226700 for further information
Everyone is required to act in a responsible and respectful manner at all times
Failure to comply with this will result in you being asked to leave the event
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on any event. If anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to the event, they will be asked to leave immediately, and will not be refunded for any part of monies paid for the event.
There are strict laws in the UK and these will be adhered to on your event. Where possible a designated smoking area will be available
Haunting Nights will not be liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to the event, during the event and on the journey back home from the event. This includes any damage that may be caused by any spiritual or poltergeist activity during the event.
You attend tour events at your own risk.
Haunting Nights accept no liability for any accident, incident or Injury to a guest, whatever the cause.
By accepting and agreeing with these terms and conditions, you are further indemnifying the promoters , organisers and any individuals from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the client’s participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises pertaining to the event.
We suggest that due to the lateness of the event, you make arrangements that ensure you are not too tired to drive
The use of cameras, filming and recording equipment is permitted on our events.
Any footage caught is deemed to be for personal use only and not for public view.
Before commencing video or audio capture, you must advise anybody being recorded so that they are aware and have the choice not to be included.
When leaving the event, you will ensure that due to the lateness of the hour you will respect the needs of nearby residents by leaving quietly and quickly.
Please be made aware that we ask you to attend on time for your event, as one person late can set back the investigation. We ask that you make us aware before hand if you are unable to attend the event.
It is your responsibility for your transport to and from an event. We will not accept any liability for lateness, due to traffic conditions. It is also your responsibility to park vehicles in a safe and legal manor. We will not accept any liability for any parking fines you may incur.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY PLEASE READ
We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time, for any reason, at our own discretion. We can cancel an event if there are not enough customers booked to make the event financially viable to operate although this is an extremely rare occurrence In the event of adverse weather we will cancel the event if advised to by the location
If we have to cancel, we will tell you as soon as is reasonably possible. In these circumstances we will move your booking to another event of your choice to the same value but we will have no other liability whatsoever to you such as hotel reservation or transport costs etc
Postponed Events Beyond Haunting Nights control will not be refunded (Credit Note or Replacement event will be offered)
It is your responsibility at the time of booking, to ensure that you and anyone that you are booking for can make the event date and time and are made aware of our Terms And Conditions
We cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend for any reason. As our locations are paid for in advance, and we are liable for these costs, even if you cannot make the event.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit payment options are to secure your place (s) on the event, and it is your responsibility to make the balance payment no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date.
If the balance payment is not made 3 weeks prior to the event any deposit payments will be lost
